Jalapeno Cheese Rolls

There is a yummy restaurant called the Double Musky about 45 minutes south of Anchorage. They have probably the best steak I have ever eaten, not to mention their appetizers and desserts. Mike gave me their cookbook one year for Christmas so I decided to try out their recipe for these rolls.
